The Private Tour Experience
Your private tour is exclusively tailored to your interests, pace, and preferences—whether traveling as a couple, family, or group. Most tours span about a week, with flexible timing to suit your schedule and seamless logistics for North American travelers.
With accommodations, skip-the-line tickets, and key logistics arranged in advance, your experienced Driver/Guide can focus on what matters during your journey—sharing historical insights, managing day-to-day details, and ensuring smooth travel between destinations. We minimize packing by staying at least two nights per location and build in free time for independent exploration or relaxation.
Transportation matches your group: from Mercedes vans for intimate groups to comfortable coaches with professional drivers for larger parties.
Walking & Accessibility
Our custom European tours naturally involve walking to reach authentic experiences—medieval hilltop castles, historic city centers, and Alpine viewpoints that vehicles can't access. We design each itinerary around your group's mobility and preferences, so let's discuss what level of activity works best for your travel style.
Accommodations
We thoughtfully select four-star hotels (and sometimes three-star gems or five-star luxury) based on location, comfort, and how well they enhance your specific tour experience. You can have us book everything, or we'll provide expert recommendations for you to book independently using points or preferences—your choice entirely.
Dining & Meals
When we book accommodations, breakfast is included daily; beyond that, meal arrangements are entirely flexible and customized to your tour. We typically handle lunches during travel days and first-night dinners in new locations, but whether you want complete independence, full planning, or something in between, we design around your preferences.

Because every private tour is fully customizable, you decide what's included. Here's what we typically arrange:

- Buffet breakfasts each morning (when accommodation is included)
- Meals – from all-inclusive dining to select lunches and dinners based on your itinerary
- A smile throughout and a grateful handshake (or a warm hug) at the end
